本集故事主要描写：鲁智深在菜园 练习拳棒，结识禁军教头林冲。林冲的妻 子到庙中去烧香，受到高俅的儿子调戏， 被随后赶来的林冲将其骂走。高俅父子与 爪牙陆谦、富安定下计谋，让林冲持刀闯 进殿帅府，在白虎堂诬陷林冲企图行刺， 将他充军沧州。随后他们又收买解差，让 其在途中将林冲杀害。幸亏鲁智深一路暗 中保护，在野猪林救林冲脱险。
